Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

1) Purpose

Ensure SmartTechHub conducts all business honestly and complies with the Bribery Act 2010.

2) Policy

• No bribes or improper payments in any form.
• Gifts > £50 require management approval and must be recorded.
• Hospitality must be reasonable and proportionate.
• Agents and suppliers are vetted for integrity.
• Conflicts of interest must be declared.

3) Reporting & Consequences

Suspected bribery must be reported to management or the DPO. Confirmed breaches may lead to disciplinary or legal action.

4) Review

Annually or following legislative change.
